My current training diet

If you’re like me, this is the time of year when you’ve got more bananas and passion fruit than you know what to do with.

I’ve been mixing 500 mL boxes of coconut milk with about 75 cm3 of chia seeds to make a pudding. Then I serve with passion fruit and bananas.
